Notes:

  • Equipment is provided within the term of the contract. The deposit shall be kept on the account of the Provider during the whole  effective period of the contract and shall be returned to the Subscriber  in case of the contract termination, after covering all debts of the Subscriber;
  • Unused traffic volume within the monthly limit would not be added for the next months limits;
  • Free volume of outgoing traffic is 1/2 of incoming traffic volume. Outgoing traffic volume exceeding the fixed limit is included into the rated traffic volume;
  • Any traffic which is falling outside the Sarkor Telecom network (81.95.224.0/20) is charged, the intranet traffic is free of charge;
  • Monthly fee includes granting of:
    - one static valid IP-address. Allocation of additional IP-addresses is tariffed separately according to the Price-list for additional services;
    - service of the Corporate hosting with 25 Mb volume of disk space;
  • Service of access under tariff plans with the unlimited traffic is given by a principle of division of the specified speed between several clients simultaneously. Actual download speed from the Internet at the specified level is not guaranteed;
  • Tariffs are in US dollars. Payment is made in Uzbek Soums at the rate of Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of payment;
  • Connection by ADSL-technology is possible under condition of availability at the client of a telephone line or the direct wire entering into an operative range of telephone stations ¹ 45, 53, 54, 55, 56, 65, 66, 67, 68, 76, 77, 93, 115, 125, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 144, 151, 152, 162, 166, 169, 173, 191, 362, 367, 395 at a distance of no more than 5 km from client’s office up to telephone station;
  • Technical requirements of connection by Radio Ethernet technology are: direct visibility from the point of connection up to the base station of the Provider (a distance of no more than 30 km) and presence of a server under Linux operational system
