For the reason of frequent accidental calls to foreign providers and receiving of huge bills for international calls we suggest you to read the following recommendations in order to avoid such accidents:

- Don’t visit casino sites, sites containing program cracking keys, porno and other doubtful resources. It should be remembered that sites of such kind are connected between each other by web of hyperlinks constantly addressing you to similar pages.
- Strictly instruct users of your computer (especially children) to follow this recommendation. 
- If you don’t use services of trunk communication or international calls we recommend you to switch off you phone access to “8” ( on application to correspondent communication station)

How does this happen?

Upon navigation on the abovementioned sites clicking the hyperlinks you automatically load the program of auto call to a foreign provider. Then you are disconnected from the local provider and automatically connected to a foreign one. User having no idea about this can continue his work.

Such programs are often active when the computer is switched on and can start dialing ( which will be rated as international call) as on the user’ initiative so automatically without his knowledge. If the call is made then one day the user will receive FABULOUS BILL FOR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION

Also cannot be excluded possibility of infecting your computer with viruses (consequences -loss of information, unauthorized access to the Internet, damage of equipment, software, etc)

PLEASE REMEMBER that neither the Provider, nor Urban Phone Network is responsible for consequences of “accidental” call. The subscriber is solely fully responsible for this.
