- organization of corporate wireless data transfer network for UzBAT Company in Samarkand city. - organization of wireless communication between the training headquarters TSENTRAZBAT-97 (jointly with NATO) in Chirchik city and Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent city and other. 1999 

- License UzAPiT # 0000168 on rendering Internet access and date transfer services.
- Active installation of Radio Ethernet technologies as technologies of corporate access to the Internet. January
